Engineering Assistant (Semi-Conductor)

Job Description:

• Conduct RMA testing, documentation, and disposition.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections, SCT, bench, ATE, and SLT testing.
• Accurately log inspection, test, and audit results.
• Handle inventory, collection, shipment, and system logging.
• Perform cycle counts and track RMA returns and shipments.
• Follow work instructions and BKMs for repairs and RMA processes.
• Collaborate on technical issues and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Support shift work and overtime as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Computer / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word / Docu / Excel).
• Able to work independently upon completion of OJT.
• Comfortable to work in 3-4 rotating shift pattern.
