Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product failure analysis on warranty returns, assembly plant returns, and line pulls.
Diagnose low test yield issues and identify root causes accurately and efficiently.
Verify and analyze customer product returns in a timely manner.
Support cost-reduction projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and product performance issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or an equivalent technical field) or Higher NITEC / NITEC qualification.

Technical Skills: Experience with measurement tools, testing equipment, and failure analysis techniques.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting.

Work Schedule: Willingness to work on a rotating day/night shift schedule and perform overtime as operational needs require.
