Engineering Assistant

A German-based global market leader in data storage systems and media handling is seeking a dedicated Engineering Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical aptitude who enjoy hands-on problem solving and ensuring high-quality equipment performance.

Job Responsibilities

-Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with quality standards.

-Fulfil all assigned repair engineering tasks in accordance with customer contractual obligations (e.g., turnaround time, quality requirements).

-Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of assigned equipment.

-Prepare and submit periodic reports as required by internal processes.

-Maintain accurate records of repairs, specifications, and system configurations.

-Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

-Technical Diploma or equivalent in a relevant engineering or technical field.

-1-2 years of related experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or technical servicing.

-Familiarity with commonly used engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.

-Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

-Work location: Changi, Loyang Drive

-Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 6.15pm
