ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• To resolve all technical and non-technical issues.
• Assists Site Manager/Project Manager in verifying monthly progress reports, claims.
• Oversees the daily construction activities at the work site to meet the project progress and quality goals
• Supervises subcontractors / direct manpower to complete the project within the given budget and time frame.
• Coordinate with Maincon and relevant personnels to settle site issues
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on time

Requirements:

• Diploma is Engineering or related to construction preferred
• Min 4-5 years experience preferably in Singapore
• Good team player with ability to work independently
• Have experience in Wet Trade
• Good command of English
• Will be good if can speak Chinese to liaise with other contractors
