Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing various air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and service a range of air conditioning systems including split units, central systems, and ventilation setups
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific cooling requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct precise installation of new units, ensuring correct positioning, wiring, and refrigerant charging
- Perform routine maintenance such as filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, and lubrication of components
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation and servicing
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various site environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts when required
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
