Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities ,ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Planning & Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors,suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely progress of works.Monitor resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to achieve planned targets.
- Quality Control & Documentation: Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection requests,material approvals, and as-built documentation.Support testing and commissioning activities.
- Health,Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project-specific HSE requirements.Conduct toolbox talks and promotes a safety-first culture at the site.
- Technical Support: Assist in resolving technical issues on-site in coordination with the engineering/design team.Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering,or related discipline.
- 3 years of site experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, leadershipand communication skills.
