Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute raw material inspection.
• Execute evaluations for new suppliers/materials, quality system audits, and quality improvements.
• Manage quality/reliability-related matters in material review meetings.
• Establish specifications for incoming material quality inspections, review inspection results, and adjust inspection frequency.
• Conduct evaluations of raw material quality systems.
• Handle and follow up on corrective and preventive actions for raw material quality anomalies discovered in the process.
• Evaluate supplier quality assessments.
• Control quality for supplier process changes.
• Implement control and inspection of prohibited substances related to the green supply chain for raw materials and packaging materials.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related technical field.
• Minium of work experience for 1 - 3 years in incoming quality control (IQC), supplier quality management, or material quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Tech-savvywith hands-on experience using quality management systems
