Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Document and organise incoming tender documents from clients.
• Support the preparation of commercial and technical proposals for tenders.
• Study and interpret the tender specifications, engineering drawings and related documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs from tender drawings and details.
• Prepare preliminary engineering method statements, commercial letters and technical proposal submissions.
• Work closely with internal colleagues and liaise with clients to resolve project related matters.
• Attend project site visits and project meetings with/without the project team when required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by your superiors to support departmental operations.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, Construction, Building or any related field.
• Willing to learn, meticulous, responsible, hardworking and a good team player.
• Able to manage tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and resourceful in problem‑solving.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge in AI tools and data analysis will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Prior experience in bridges/viaducts construction is preferred.
