Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced engineer with strong Singapore project background to manage coordination, drawing control, and site execution for our Dubai project.

Key Responsibilities

.⁠ ⁠Liaise with clients to understand requirements and optimize design drawings

.⁠ ⁠Independently review architectural and engineering drawings

.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with contractors and ensure accurate issuance of construction drawings

.⁠ ⁠Manage drawing revisions and maintain proper documentation records

.⁠ ⁠Ensure site works are executed according to approved drawings

.⁠ ⁠Resolve technical issues during project execution

.⁠ ⁠Liaise with authorities when required (experience in Singapore processes is an advantage)

Requirements

.⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of construction/project experience in Singapore

.⁠ ⁠Familiar with Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) processes

.⁠ ⁠Able to independently review and manage drawings

.⁠ ⁠Experience working with contractors and site teams

.⁠ ⁠Strong communication and coordination skills

.⁠ ⁠Willing to be based in Dubai

Salary & Benefits
