We are seeking an experienced UAV technical specialist to support the development, maintenance, and operational readiness of advanced unmanned aerial systems. In this role, you will lead hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and system enhancement activities to ensure high performance, reliability, and safety across UAV platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of UAV systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced tools and engineering principles.
- Work with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to plan maintenance schedules and implement upgrades.
- Maintain and update SOPs, manuals, and technical documentation in line with compliance and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Support UAV deployments during trials, exercises, and operational events as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in UAV maintenance, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Certifications in UAV technologies/maintenance are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on safety and quality
