Lead overall project management for new equipment buyoff, installation, and commissioning to ensure on-time production readiness.
Define and optimize System Level Test (SLT) equipment operating procedure and test methodologies to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth production transfer of equipment to mass production.
Set up, qualify, and maintain SLT equipment, specialized fixtures, and test hardware support Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
Debug and refine SLT test scripts/programs conduct hardware-software correlation studies and engineering evaluations to improve yield and stability.
Drive hardware and equipment enhancements and root cause analysis to minimize equipment downtime.
Serve as the primary SLT technical expert for cross-functional meetings and customer engagements deliver data-driven reports and technical presentations.
Job Requirement
Degree / Diploma in any Engineering field with relevant hands-on experience.
Knowledge and experience in handler and/or SLT equipment models (Chroma/Epson/Hontech/MT9510/Castle/Sensata/ATC/SLT) will be an added advantage.
Possess strong mechanical / electronics / electrical knowledge and interest.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Logical analysis / thinking and possess strong motivation to hone hands-on technical skills.
