1.) Technical Service
1-1.) Communicate with customers
a.) Collaborate with our Sales/Customer service team to contact and communicate with (potential) customers and end-users.
b.) Investigate and understand a requirement from (potential) customers and end-users.
c.) Consider and propose the way to meet to the requirement under cooperation with our R&D and Production site, especially from technical point of view.
d.) Investigate a potential requirement through a communication with (potential) customers and end-users.
e.) Visit (potential) customers and end-users to have a communication.
f.) Have a presentation and discussion with (potential) customers and end-users to explain about our proposal, product or technology.
g.) Get feedback with our products and services from (potential) customers and end-users.
h.) Create a Technical service report for (potential) customers and end-users.
1-2.) Support for Complaints handling, Quality control, Production process modification
a.) Provide a support for Plant site including HSEQ team, this includes to offer required data, to have a technical discussion among the team, to consider how to solve the problem and to visit customers etc.
1-3.) Technical development with customers
a.) Consider the idea for satisfying a requirement based on a (potential) requirement from (potential) customers and end-users.
b.) Plan the experimental way and schedule.
c.) Take a data with operating suitable equipment in Technical Centre and cooperating with the suitable organization including external institute.
d.) Have a try-and-error until we meet to a requirement.
e.) Do recipe development, process modification with our products.
f.) Make a presentation to explain the results.
2.) Operation of Technical Centre
2-1.) Operation of equipment
a.) Do daily maintenance of equipment in Technical centre including communication with vendor.
b.) Operate and control equipment and lab ware properly to take data and keep clean a working environment.
c.) Take a required data for each activity with equipment in Technical centre.
2-2.) Management of lab environment
a.) Manage and store a chemical reagent and testing samples properly with Safety Data Sheet in Technical centre.
b.) Operate and secure a lab environment safely and properly based on law and regulation. This includes an application to government and institute, an improvement for safety and efficiency, a creating working procedure etc., under cooperation with other divisions.
3.) Others
3-1.) Report
a.) Summarize a data and make a report to supervisors and internal members properly.
b.) Upload customer contact report, technical service report and related data files on Salesforce system.
c.) Make a presentation for internal meeting.
3-2.) Management of confidential information
a.) Manage confidential information properly, this includes making and managing a contract such as Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with (potential) customers under cooperation with legal team.
3-3.) Other duties as assigned by superior.
