Engineer / Senior Industrial Engineer

.To provide industrial engineering support to manufacturing e.g. layout, WSI , routing, process/material flow etc.

.To lead a team in productivity & cost improvement

.Perform cost estimate study for potential products

.Co-ordinate with product team to implement new ideas to optimize resources

.Develop and establishes work standards, routing and WSI.

.Plan and set up manufacturing lines.

.Support new models start-up and ECO's.

.Participate in cost and quality improvement.

.Supervise work group if any.

.Tracks CAPEX spending on new manufacturing lines to be within allocated budget

.Drive LEAN opportunities during new manufacturing lines setup

.Value Stream Mapping/ Supporting NPI quotations (accurate cycle time analysis, labour estimation, review)

.Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/ Industrial Engineering or Equivalent

.Minimum 10-15 years experience in similar field applications
