Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our team!
As An Engineer/Senior Engineer, We Rely On You To
- Lead and coach engineering technicians to enhance team performance and ensure effective maintenance operations
- Monitor and maintain all hotel equipment to achieve continuous, smooth functionality and minimize downtime
- Prioritize and execute emergency work requests promptly to resolve critical issues and maintain guest satisfaction
- Plan, supervise, and execute engineering projects to support hotel infrastructure improvements and operational goals
- Facilitate audit and training programs to uphold compliance standards and enhance team skills
- Manage shift operations to ensure consistent engineering support and smooth hotel functioning
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Experience in electrical engineering, building maintenance, and repair within a hotel or resort environment
- Previous experience as an Engineer or equivalent role in a hotel or building environment
- Willingness to work shifts
- Possess a minimum in Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, or equivalent
