Job Summary
Main Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Establish and improve process condition and technology.
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
Establish and modify process management projects.
Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
Abnormal analysis and improvement.
Maximizes yield by working on tools, the process, or wafer fabrication recipes.
Troubleshoots wafer fabrication problems and performs root cause analysis.
Works with other process areas to understand and control process deviations.
Long-term investigation of defect issues may require extensive work with shift engineering and other functional areas.
Evaluates products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications.
Conducts research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommends process improvements or equipment changes needed to efficiently manufacture new product or part types.
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
