Work in assigned product from development to MP phase, to lead and drive products life cycle from new product concept till mass production ramp
Manage and coordinate prototype build/ new materials characterization, including optical, electrical and mechanical assessment with DOE (Design of Experiment) execution.
Develop and maintain documentation including control plans, BOM, defect catalogue and engineering reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product or process-related issues.
Analyse parametric and yield data to identify trends and drive root cause analysis. Support yield improvement, failure analysis, and reliability testing activities.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Materials, Optics, Engineering.
Fresh Graduates will be considered
Min 3 - 5 years in R&D, Engineering, manufacturing environment.
Experience in sensor module packaging and/or optical engineering will be an advantage.
