As a Product Compliance Engineer at Molex Singapore, you will ensure all products and packaging meet the Molex Chemical Substances Specification (MCSS) standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage compliance data, and support audits to ensure regulatory adherence and environmental responsibility
What You Will Do
- Ensure Singapore plant products and packaging comply with MCSS standards through data accuracy and collaboration.
- Troubleshoot BOM errors and resolve missing/inaccurate weight issues in systems such as Teamcenter, SAP, and Compliance Work Bench.
- Liaise with suppliers, product development, and APS teams to collect environmental data and assess compliance.
- Maintain and update compliance databases and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with accredited external laboratories for substance testing.
- Participate in customer audits to demonstrate product compliance.
- Attend monthly APS knowledge-sharing sessions on product stewardship.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Applied Science.
- Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and regulatory requirements for chemical substance control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
What Will Put You Ahead
- At least 3 years of experience in environmental compliance or regulatory roles.
- Certified training in Environmental or Product Compliance.
