Responsible for Plasma Dicing process qualification, implementation, procedure generation and control
Maintain a good production performance such as yield, quality and provide analysis and solutions to production quality and process related issues
Performs analysis on process related issues and provide solutions for improvement
Develop evaluation, characterization plans for new products and conducts failure analysis and process troubleshooting
Responsible for qualification of machine, materials and tools for new products to ensure its compatibility with the existing standard process flow
Liaise with inter-departments, customers and potential customers on establishment and improvement of process, direct/in-direct material and equipment capabilities
Ability to perform cross functional projects to drive improvement
Decide on disposition of on hold lot in production line
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Engineering. Manufacturing or equivalent
3 years experience in a semiconductor Plasma Dicing process
Working experience in analysing product yield impact against machine and process parameters
Have in-depth understanding of Plasma Dicing Process input parameters and output response to product yield, UPH, cost
Strong DOE knowledge using KMP software for process optimization and characterization
