Engineer

-Prepare technical quotations based on maintenance, repair works & project requirements.

-Develop cable routing plans and ensure proper coordination with site conditions.

-Draft lighting layouts, power layouts, and related drawings using AutoCAD.

-Prepare and compile Green Mark reports in line with sustainability and compliance standards.

-Draft and update single-line diagrams for electrical distribution systems.

-Prepare preventive maintenance checklists and schedules for M&E systems.

-have Facility management experience - routine maintenance schedules and emergency repairs

-Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works.

-Support site inspections, testing, and documentation, including preparation of Certificates of Completion and monthly reports.
