Job Description

Design of mechanical engineering works e.g. ACMV, Fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary for assigned projects
Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
Preparation of study reports, design reports, technical notes and public consultation papers.
Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications.
Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
Open to fresh graduates as well keen on doing design in building systems
Good project management and technical skills
Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
