Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management
Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Electrical Engineering & or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft , AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
Able to read drawings, write and speak in English.
Knowledge in ACMV systems
Process good interpersonal & communication skill with a positive attitude.
An independent, also be able to work in Team, can cope in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and a good team player.
