Manage and coordinate a team of engineering officers/technical executives on lift related matters
Compile and consolidate lift fault and downtime data on a monthly basis and perform analytics and propose follow-up actions for lift contractors
Schedule and arrange for investigations on identified lift units and follow up on preventive or mitigative actions taken by the lift contractors
Track and monitor the status and progress of lift enhancement and replacement works and provide monthly updates on the percentage of works completed and budget utilization rate
Assist the Head of Lift Services and Engineering in risk and safety management and ensure that all lift works are conducted in accordance with safe work procedures and WSHC safety standards
Assist the Head of Lift Services and Engineering to review the efficiency of department processes and implement policies to enhance quality and efficiency, as part of continuous improvements
Main point of contact between the lift contractors and division managers in regards to technical or design matters pertaining to lifts
Requirements:
Diploma or Higher in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent study
Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position
Experience in Lift, Escalator or Elevator Maintenance and Commissioning is a must
Able to interpret Electrical Line Diagrams and As-Building Drawings
Possess FMEA and Risk Analysis Skills
Possess Strong Investigation and Report Writing Skills
Possess Project Management, Budget Planning and Forecasting capabilities
Good inter-personal, communication and written skills
