Responsibilities
- Plan, design, assemble, and install equipment and facilities to meet project specifications and regulatory standards
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure project alignment
- Supervise and inspect subcontractors work against design drawings, specifications, and regulations to ensure quality and compliance
- Develop and schedule project activities based on stages to ensure timely completion of work
- Verify that equipment and materials comply with specifications and drawings before acceptance
- Oversee and take overall responsibility for work performed by assigned supervisors to maintain project standards
- Generate detailed incident reports to document and address any project issues or safety concerns
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or Electrical/Mechanical related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
