Engineer - Housing Management (Contract)

What You Will Be Working On

You will lead construction upgrading projects for car parks and residential blocks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and contractors throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your key duties include preparing and overseeing tender documentation, reviewing and evaluating design proposals, and identifying potential project risks and opportunities. You are required to conduct site management activities including regular in-progress quality, safety and housekeeping inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and protocols. Upon project completion, you will conduct detailed handover inspections to verify workmanship quality before final acceptance. Additionally, you will investigate significant maintenance issues, provide technical advisory services, explore innovative technologies and materials for future applications, manage post-construction feedback, and coordinate improvement works as needed.

What We Are Looking For

You should possess a relevant education background in Engineering, preferably Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. You should be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition and good communication skills, both verbal and in writing. You are expected to exhibit professionalism, dedication, and sound technical and project management knowledge in carrying out your duties.

The successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract, with an option to renew the contract or transition into a permanent position based on organisational needs and individual performance.
