Introduction

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our Physical Electrical Failure Analysis (PEFA) team. This role is critical in supporting FAB failure analysis and yield improvement activities, with a focus on software diagnostic, EFA operational and dynamic fault isolation support, ATE test and characterization.

What You Will Do

  • Support/Enable software based diagnostic setup (Scan Diagnostic and Bitmap).
  • EFA operational support (Photon Emission, Laser techniques, FIB, Delayering techniques) and test support for dynamic fault isolation.
  • ATE test setup and characterization of device.
  • EDA tools (Avalon/Lavis)

Other Responsibilities:

  • Initiate/Support CIP and technical development project.
  • Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements and support related programs.

What You Will Need

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Computer Science) or Science
  • Previous experience in wafer FAB / manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Previous experience in dealing with chemicals is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Team players with positive attitude.
  • Hands-on experience in programming and industrial software tools.
  • Knowledge in semiconductor related field preferred.
