Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering drawings and technical reports. Maintain a database of engineering information, including drawings and test reports. Provide technical advice on premium connections to the sales team and customers. Support the customer service team in the technical evaluation of tenders and requests for quotes. Evaluate the technical aspects of contracts. Collaborate with manufacturing facilities to ensure products meet specifications. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Solid mechanical engineering knowledge, particularly in stress analysis and steel material properties. Experience in the oil and gas industry (upstream) is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor). Ability to write technical reports. Understanding of API specifications, particularly 5CT, 5B, 5C3, and 5C5 (an advantage). Knowledge of lean six sigma principles is a plus. Project management experience is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
