AsanEndpointManagementEngineer,youwillmanageandoptimizeourorganization'sendpointmanagementinfrastructure.Youwillberesponsibleforensuringthesuccessfuldeployment,configuration,andsecurityofcompanydevices,withaprimaryfocusonusingthetoollikeIntune,SCCM,NinjaOneandManageEngineEndpointCentral.Additionally,youwillleadandoverseetheupgradeofendpointsfromWindows10toWindows11,ensuringaseamlesstransitionwhilemaintainingsecurity,compatibility,andfunctionalityacrossalldevices.

Whatwillyoudo

EndPointManagement:

  • ManageandconfigureMicrosoftIntune,SCCM(SystemCenterConfigurationManager),andNinjaOnetoensureefficientmanagementandmonitoringofallendpoints(laptops,desktops).
  • Designandimplementpoliciesfordeviceconfiguration,softwaredeployment,updates,andsecuritysettingsviaIntune,SCCM,andNinjaOne.
  • Maintainandmonitorendpointsecurityacrossallmanageddevicestoensurecompliancewithorganizationalsecuritystandards.

Windows10toWindows11Migration:

  • PlanandexecutethemigrationstrategytoupgradeallendpointsfromWindows10toWindows11,includinghardwareandsoftwarecompatibilityassessments,userdatamigration,andpost-upgradetesting.
  • Developandmaintaindocumentationfortheupgradeprocess,includinganytroubleshootingstepsandpotentialissues.
  • Providetrainingandsupporttoend-usersduringtheWindows11upgradeprocesstoensureasmoothtransition.

SoftwareDeployment&Patching:

  • Managethedeploymentofsoftwareapplications,patches,andupdatesacrossendpointsusingSCCM,Intune,andNinjaOne.
  • Coordinateandscheduletheinstallationofcriticalpatchesandupdates,ensuringdevicesarealwayssecureandcompliantwithorganizationalrequirements.

Monitoring&Reporting:

  • MonitorendpointhealthandstatususingSCCMandNinjaOnedashboards,addressinganyissuesrelatedtosoftwaredeployment,systemperformance,orsecurityvulnerabilities.
  • Generatereportsonendpointstatus,deploymentsuccess/failure,andsecuritycomplianceformanagementandauditingpurposes.

Troubleshooting&Support:

  • ProvideadvancedtroubleshootingforendpointissuesrelatedtoIntune,SCCM,NinjaOne,andoperatingsystems(Windows10/11).
  • CollaboratewiththeITsupportteamtoresolveend-userissues,ensuringminimaldisruptiontoworkflowandefficientissueresolution.

SecurityManagement:

  • Implementsecuritypoliciesandconfigurationsforendpointdevices,includingencryption,firewallsettings,andantivirusmanagementthroughIntuneandSCCM.
  • Ensureendpointcompliancewithorganizationalsecuritystandardsandindustrybestpractices.

Documentation&KnowledgeSharing:

  • Createandmaintaindocumentationrelatedtoendpointmanagementprocesses,includingsetup,configuration,troubleshootingguides,andupgradeprocedures.
  • ProvideknowledgetransferandtrainingtojuniorteammembersorotherITstaffasneeded.

TheIdealCandidateShouldPossess:

  • Minimum5yearsexperienceinMicrosoftIntune,SCCM,NinjaOne&ManageEngineEndPointCentral,KACE2000,MDT
  • PowerShellscriptingforautomationandtroubleshootingofendpointmanagementtasks.
  • StrongknowledgeofActiveDirectoryandGroupPolicyfordeviceandusermanagement.
  • KnowledgeinMicrosoftIntune,SCCM,ManageEngineEndpointCentral,KACE2000
  • ITILCertification
  • Abilitytoworkunderpressureandhandlemultipletaskswithafocusonhigh-priorityitems.
  • Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytointeractwithtechnicalandnon-technicalteams
  • Bachelor'sdegreeininformationtechnologyorcomputerscience,Electronicandcommunicationorarelatedfield,orequivalentworkexperience.
