Engineer

Technical / Adminstrative DutiesPrepare costing and tender for the project;
To handle the maintenance for Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering works and ensure Client & regulatory requirements are met;
Schedule for maintenance activities and inspection, as to ensure that targeted completion dates are met;
Schedule meetings and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors;
Carrying out chiller maintenance according to contractual requirements and manufacturer recommendations;
Maintaining the sites A/C systems as required to aid productivity and efficiency;
Ensuring all routine maintenance is carried out in line with the sites maintenance schedule;
Documenting and certificating all work carried out to meet our contractual and statutory obligations;
Identifying and resolving remedial requirements on all systems;
Taking full ownership of any site issues from identification through to resolution;
Quoting and undertaking repair work as required by the client;
Attend to hard complaints;
Monitor customer e-mails and ensure shortest respond time;
Submit service report and quotation to Finance Dept to process billings;
Record & certified supplier's invoices before handover to Finance Dept etc.
Requirements:Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or Equivalent;
Experience in ACMV / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Maintenance
Experience in both industrial and commercial air-cons
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Possess good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
