Managing electrical project and dealing with labour, materials, & equipment
Lowering wastage of material/equipment/ resources
Liaise with subcontractors and performing project management to ensure that project progresses according to schedule and to take the appropriate corrective action when deviations arise.
Coordinating with all related stakeholders to ensure project delivered on time
Handling administration of contract, claims, disputes, variation and final accounts.
