Key Duties & Responsibilities

. Manage the full project lifecycle from initial planning through to final onsite project completion.

. Ensure all electrical systems align strictly with established building services codes of professional practice.

. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high standards for all installed electrical materials.

. Produce detailed shop drawings and manage technical drawing coordination for various site infrastructure projects.

. Monitor daily work schedules and attend project meetings to report on progress and deadlines.

. Apply technical knowledge of control system philosophies to assist with daily project management operations.

. Perform regular site inspections to identify and resolve non-conformance issues or installation defects promptly.

Job Requirements

. Hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a recognized equivalent qualification.

. Possess a valid Building Construction Safety Supervisor certificate or an equivalent safety credential.

. Minimum of 6 years of proven experience specifically within M&E subcontracting environments.

. Strong technical understanding of ISO integrated management systems and their operational application.

. Ability to interpret and apply complex codes of practice for all electrical installations.

. Demonstrated skill in field problem solving and effective coordination between multiple project stakeholders.
