Engineer - BMS Projects

The Candidate should be able to perform the following tasks,

. To monitor the installation progress as well as coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.

. Proficiency in BMS/BAS platforms, SCADA integration and data-driven energy analysis.

. PLC, DDC Programming.

. To report and monitor the progress of the project to the Project Manager.

. To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

. To prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E-related works with project teams.

. To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.

. To assist the Project Manager to negotiate/procuring materials, equipment, and labor in accordance with (or below) the allocated approved budget.

. To hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.

. To have experience in working at Data Centre.

. Mechanical: Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / Chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.

. Electrical: Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS

Requirements

The candidate should also be experienced with the following.

. Building Automation Systems (Extra Low Voltage (ELV)

. Navisworks

. Knowledge on Revit will be an added advantage

. Microsoft Office
