Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and the troubleshooting/ investigation support of plant Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
Responsible to support any system projects being executed internally or by vendors.
Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
Lead in continuous improvement efforts/ projects and responsible for support and execution of automation qualification such as FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Validation, CCA, VCR, IQ, etc.
Responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures, implementing of maintenance program for the Manufacturing Control Systems.
