Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of various security, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults and breakdowns-both mechanical and electrical-with a focus on efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime.
• Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance identify and follow up promptly on any equipment malfunctions or defects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely updates on repair status and completed works.
• Respond to and manage operational and maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
• Provide on-site support for basic traffic management, including full or lane closures, as required by the job scope.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to schedule and comply with relevant technical and safety requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety procedures and safe work practices at all times.
• Uphold good housekeeping practices at work sites to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Provide technical and maintenance support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Identify and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures, tools, and processes to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong knowledge in security systems and infrastructure will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience with fault diagnosis, repair, and preventive/predictive maintenance
• Able to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and operational standards
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, or attend to emergencies when required
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
