Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 4G site rollouts: surveys, design, testing, and commissioning to meet KPIs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and supplier negotiations
- Troubleshoot 4G networks for peak performance
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions for iDEN, Tetra, LTE
- Lead tenders and ensure technical compliance
- Track inventory and prepare reports/presentations
- Mentor team to excel in technical and project skills
- Provide 24/7 on-call network support
Who You Are:
- Minimum Diploma in Telecom, Electronics, or related field
- Expert in LTE/Tetra network planning and troubleshooting
- Skilled in RF and in-building antenna design
- Proven project leadership and team supervision experience
- Valid Class 3 driving license (for site visits using company transport)
- Comfortable at heights, construction sites, or tunnels
- Comfortable with 24/7 standby duty (for faults and events)
