Responsibilities
- Conduct kitchen hygiene audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Collect food samples and perform environmental swabbing to monitor hygiene conditions
- Procure food samples and submit them along with environmental samples to laboratories for testing
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to document audit findings and prepare reports
- Drive to various locations safely using a Class 3 Driving License to perform assigned duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support team operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess relevant qualifications or certificates in food safety hygiene
- Hold ITE qualifications and/or above
