ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide service and support for security solution deployed at customers premises
• Understand the mechanics of equipment in the security solution.
• Know the functionality of each equipment deployed to the security system.
• Provide hands on preventive maintenance service on equipment deployed.
• Provide and maintain good customer support.
• Ensure backup information in the security system.
• Respond to fault calls promptly
• Attend to troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Ensure good quality of work and abide to safety & environmental regulations.
• Perform other official company duties as may be directed
