Job Responsibilities
· Produce tender technical logistics and sequence plans, plus VE visuals, working with
the Senior Technical Manager as part of the technical team.
· Draft civil and infrastructure works efficiently in AutoCAD, meeting local and
international design standards.
· Revise drawings as required, based on project requirements, site conditions, or
feedback from the project team, clients and consultants.
· Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure all drawings,
comply with project specifications, relevant codes/standards, and client requirements.
· Provide technical support to engineers, coordinators, and site teams.
· Perform routine site check to ensure construction aligns with approved designs,
contract specs, safety rules, and quality.
· Recommend corrective actions and VE improvements when deviations from scope,
schedule, or quality arise.
· Ensure detailing complies with regulations and standards, and verify all details before
submission to the client or authorities.
· Create, update, and interpret drawings to support timely construction.
· Maintain accurate documentation and version control for models and drawings, and
extract 2D/3D drawings, schedules, and quantities from the models.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
· 3-5 years of experience in Civil & Structural works, preferably with main contractors a
plus
· AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software or tools. Knowledge of BIM related
execution plans, standards, and coordination processes a plus.
· Knowledge of regulatory compliance codes and standards (BCA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, URA
requirements),
