Prepare and assist senior engineers in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation during project or tender phase, demonstrating understanding of project management methodologies.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors as needed. Support site inspections and quality control checks.
Technical Assistance
Understand client's requirement and prepare engineering calculations and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
Prepare and assist in the selection and specification of equipment and materials.
Research and analyze technical data.
Quality Assurance
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project compliance.
Prepare and implement method of statement and processes for quality assurance.
Coordinate and carry out testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
Prepare operational and maintenance manuals and as-built drawing for project handover.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Basic understanding of MEP systems and design principles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
