Role Overview
As Director of Engagement Regional Accounts, you will lead strategic engagement initiatives across Southeast Asia, ensuring exceptional client relationships and driving growth for our consulting and solutions business. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and execute engagement strategies for regional accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and delivering value-added solutions.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and compliance with global standards, including Salesforce utilization.
- Business Development: Drive digital and advisory sales, support commercial teams in insurance and payor markets, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Governance & Compliance: Enforce adherence to contractual terms, compliance standards, and internal processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Schedule quarterly reviews, set objectives, and identify areas for improvement in customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, client engagement, and strategic account management within a multinational environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and compliance frameworks.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
- Must have experience within the service industry.
- Ideally have a background working for a consultancy.
