Job Description

Position : Enforcement Officer
Location : Jalan Bahar / Island-wide
Shift: 4 Days work, 2 Days Off
Working Hours: 10:00AM - 10:00PM / 10:00PM - 10:00AM
Salary : upto 3500$ Per month

Job Summary

You will enforce compliance with the Tobacco And Vaporisers Control Act 1993 by conducting inspections, raids, and handling seizures as directed by the authority.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct observation and compliance checks at retail outlets to identify non-compliance with the Tobacco And Vaporisers Control Act 1993 (TVCA)
  • Execute raids and operations under authority supervision to address offences related to TVCA
  • Collect, handle, transport, and escort seized tobacco and vaporiser products as directed by the authority
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation related to enforcement activities and assigned tasks
  • Respond promptly to work assignments and referrals concerning offences under TVCA
