• Configure enterprise-level detection and response tools to ensure comprehensive visibility across all user devices.

• Partner with internal technical teams to maintain secure configurations during the deployment of new software and hardware.

• Contribute technical expertise to incident response investigations and maintain detailed documentation of all security architectures.

skills and experience required.

• At least 3 years of experience within a managed services or system integration environment focusing on security products.

• Possession of a recognized professional certification in threat detection, endpoint response, or data loss prevention.
