Endpoint Engineering Program Manager (Global)

Our client is a global leader in the semiconductor industry seeking an Endpoint Engineering Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide endpoint engineering initiatives across its global IT organization.

This is a highly visible role responsible for leading large-scale endpoint transformation programs, partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Workplace Technology and Regional IT teams to deliver Microsoft's modern workplace solutions across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead global endpoint engineering and digital workplace transformation initiatives.
• Manage enterprise deployments of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Windows Autopilot.
• Drive Windows 11 migrations, endpoint lifecycle management and device modernization programs.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Regional IT and business stakeholders worldwide.
• Manage program planning, timelines, risks, dependencies and executive communications.
• Develop global endpoint standards, governance and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors to ensure successful global deployments.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, IT Infrastructure or Technical Program Management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale endpoint or modern workplace transformation programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
• Windows Autopilot
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Windows endpoint management
• Experience managing global technology deployments across multiple regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• SCCM / MECM
• Microsoft Defender
• Endpoint security and compliance
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• ITIL, PMP or Agile certifications
