End-User Support Engineer

Join our Asia & East Pacific team to deliver onsite IT and end-user support, manage local IT assets and ensure IT infrastructure compliance while working closely with remote teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite IT support for end users
• Collaborate with remote teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain and track local IT asset inventory
• Assist management with IT-related tasks and projects
• Monitor IT infrastructure for compliance and security

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
• Familiarity with IT peripherals such as printers and projectors
• Basic understanding of networking and server hardware

Nice to have

• Experience with ITSM tools
• Exposure to multinational IT environments
