Overall Job Responsibility

Be part of a dynamic and passionate team driving social impact at Enabling Village, Singapore's first fully inclusive community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into society. We are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and connectedness for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.

As we embark on an exciting new chapter with the launch of an extension under the Enabling Village Masterplan, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and driven individual to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities

Tenancy Management

  • Develop and review rental frameworks, tenancy policies and leasing strategies to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate and secure prospective tenants whose offerings align with Enabling Village's mission while enhancing visitor experience and footfall.
  • Lead the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing of spaces, conducting site viewings, negotiating lease terms, managing tenancy renewals, and administering tenancy agreements and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants by serving as the primary point of contact for tenancy matters, resolving operational and tenancy-related issues, and organising tenant engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative and vibrant tenant community.

Support Placemaking Efforts

  • Contribute to various placemaking initiatives that enhance the overall Enabling Village experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, tenants and external partners to deliver initiatives that reinforce Enabling Village as a beacon of disability inclusion.

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in tenancy management, leasing, account management, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of tenancy and lease administration, including tenancy negotiations, contract terms, renewals, compliance and tenant relationship management.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver quality outcomes within timelines.
  • Resourceful, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance tenant experience, optimise occupancy and contribute to a vibrant community environment.
  • A commitment to inclusion and social impact, with a genuine interest in empowering persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
  • Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends to support tenant engagement activities, community events and organisational initiatives with time off in lieu provided where applicable
