Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and handling related procedures, including but not limited to assisting with the signing/renewal of labor contracts, timely completion of various insurance contributions, and payroll processing;
Responsible for the application and maintenance of Work Pass;
Coordinate labor relations by collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee concerns, and providing timely feedback and resolution;
Initiatively identify any employment relations cases that have potential regulatory conduct rule breaches and proactively escalate such matters to the relevant departments to coordinate resolution strategies;
Ensure HR and Employment Law knowledge is up to date and advice is given in line with law and best practice and provide guidance on HR policies, practices and procedures;
Provide other support as needed within the Employee Relations team for projects and peak capacity periods as well as broader HR team priorities.
Job Requirement
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role, or equivalent experience;
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, being highly efficient and able to work autonomously and apply judgment and make decisions on cases and escalations;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and in-depth knowledge of labor laws and Employment Law;
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information, investigations, and HR matters;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience in the administration department is a plus.
