We are seeking an Employee Relations Officer to join the Industrial Relations Department under the Human Resources Division. This position support industrial relations matters and play a key role in maintaining constructive partnerships between management, unions, and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with union representatives and internal stakeholders to sustain positive labour-management relationships.
- Coordinate and support union discussions, engagement activities, and related industrial relations matters.
- Contribute to the drafting, review, and rollout of HR policies, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and organizational guidelines.
- Track and analyze workplace relations trends, preparing reports and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Manage employee and union-related matters with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining workplace stability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR, ideally with exposure to industrial relations and familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., IHRP) are a plus.
