In this regional role, you will lead high-impact employee experience, engagement, DEI, wellbeing, and emerging talent initiatives across APAC. Partnering closely with Country HR teams, business leaders, and the Group Talent Management function, the position ensures consistent, inclusive, and culturally aligned HR programs that strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment and is energised by shaping culture, elevating engagement, and delivering people first HR solutions.
