Job Description

We are seeking a high-calibre Employee Benefits Business Lead to drive our employee benefits acquisition efforts. This is a unique opportunity to represent Raffles Health Insurance, where you aren't just selling a policy - you are selling the clinical excellence and insurance expertise of Raffles Medical Group to win over new corporate clients by demonstrating how our integrated Provider-Payer model delivers superior health outcomes, streamlined claims, and a premium patient experience that traditional insurers cannot match. You will be responsible for the brokers relationships and full sales cycle, using data-driven insights to prove and position our integrated healthcare approach is the gold standard in the market.

What Makes This Role Unique

You are at the forefront of the Raffles Healthcare Ecosystem. Unlike a traditional insurance manager, you have the backing of Singapore's largest private group practice.

  • The Power of Integration: You represent the unique synergy between Raffles Health Insurance and Raffles Medical Group. This means you can offer clients a one-stop solution-from GP visits and specialist care to hospitalization and insurance claims.

  • Direct Clinical Access: You have the ability to bundle clinical services (Health Screenings, Dental, TCM, and Vaccination programs) directly into the insurance benefits, providing a level of care continuity that is unmatched in the market.

  • The Raffles Brand: You represent a household name synonymous with quality, trust, and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new corporate accounts, leveraging RMG ecosystem as the key differentiator.

  • Consultative Solution Design: Conduct deep-dive discoveries to understand a prospect's workforce health needs and design integrated employee benefit packages.

  • Data Management & Analytical Reporting:

  • Prospect Benchmarking: Prepare Total Cost of Care reports for prospects, using data to show how our integrated model reduces long-term claims costs.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous data hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce) to track lead velocity and conversion.

  • Pre-Sales Analytics: Collate and analyze prospect census data to ensure accurate premium quotations and plan design.

  • High-Impact Pitching: Lead formal presentations to C-suite and HR leaders, articulating the value of a unified healthcare and insurance journey.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, specifically how other brokers compare to our unique proposition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-10 years in Sales or as Business Development Manager within Group Insurance or Healthcare.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Ability to take clinical data and turn it into a compelling ROI story for clients.

  • Licensing: Relevant local insurance licenses are required.
