Emergency Response Team (ERT) Member

Job Responsibilities:

• To maintain, check and conduct routine servicing of all fighting equipment and facilities accordingly to the work schedule and maintenance program.

• To conduct periodic tests and checks of fire protection facilities and system.

• To assist in the conduct of the yearly performance test on the fire pumps.

• To ensure that all works are conducted and completed in accordance with the specified schedule of maintenance.

• To conduct fire training and any emergency courses organised.

• To respond to any emergency as a member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team) when activated, including fighting, rescue and any other emergency related activities.

• To perform fire inspection rounds, routine maintenance on all firefighting equipment and fighting in the event of fire emergency.

• To occasionally be involved in any fire exercise with the Authority.

• To perform all operations and administrative duties required by the Authority.

Job Requirement:

• At Least 2 year Firefighting Experience with SCDF or equivalent

• Preferably with WSQ in Tier 1 CERT & CERT First Aider
