Job Summary

Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer
Industry: Semiconductor / Electronics Testing
Location: Serangoon, Singapore
Working Hours: 5 days/week, 8:30am-5:30pm
Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus + Overtime pay

Main Responsibilities

Developing embedded software and firmware for STM32-based control systems.
Writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining C firmware.
Developing supporting tools and scripts using Python.
Integrating software with hardware peripherals and communication protocols.
Debugging and troubleshooting embedded system issues.
Working closely with hardware and engineering teams during product development.
Participating in system testing, documentation, and product development activities.
Collaborating with Field Service teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Strong programming skills in C.
Experience with Python programming.
Familiarity with STM32 microcontrollers and embedded systems development.
Good understanding of microcontroller peripherals and debugging tools.
Experience with embedded control systems.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as:
UART
SPI
I2C
CAN
Familiarity with Git / version control systems.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Good communication skills.
